File format: PDF (max. 3 MB) – PowerPoint not accepted

Poster Design Tips

• Start with your conclusion (preferably in bullet points)

• Highlight keywords

• Avoid long sentences; use bullets instead

• Replace extensive tables with charts and diagrams

• Use color sparingly to emphasize key sections

• No interactive media (e.g., videos, animations, hyperlinks)

Technical Specifications

• Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm), high-resolution on matte paper

• Orientation: Portrait preferred; landscape is also accepted

• Layout: Preferably two columns with a clear title area

• Minimum font size: 24–26 pt (readable from 1–2 meters)

• Additional: Bring A4-size printouts of your poster for distribution
