The cost for the City tax is € 6,38 per room, per night.

The number of rooms is limited, so be sure to book on time.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation. Payment is due upon check-in at the hotel.

De kosten voor de City tax zijn €6,38 per kamer, per nacht.

Het aantal kamers is beperkt, dus zorg dat je op tijd reserveert. 

De reservering kan direct bij het hotel door een mail te sturen aan

Na reservering ontvang je een bevestiging. De betaling dient te worden voldaan bij het inchecken bij het hotel.

*Let op: Het is niet mogelijk om enkel aan één van de live congresdagen deel te nemen. Voor toegang tot het Dutch TCM Congress 2024 dient u zich voor beide live dagen op 2 en 3 november in te schrijven.

Cancellation Policy / Annuleringsvoorwaarden:

• In case of cancellation between 30-09-2024 and 06-10-2024, 50% of the costs will be charged.

• If cancelled from 07-10-2024, the full costs will be charged.

• Bij annulering tussen 30-09-2024 en 06-10-2024 wordt 50% van de kosten in rekening gebracht.

• Bij annulering vanaf 07-10-2024, worden de volledige kosten in rekeningen gebracht.
