Call for Posters: 7th Dutch TCM Congress 2024

The 7th annual Dutch Traditional Chinese Medicine Congress, themed “Nan Jing: Overcoming the 81 Difficulties”,

will be held from October 19 to November 3, 2024. This year’s congress will feature an intensive 3-day program, including internationally renowned plenary speakers on October 19, followed by in-person plenary lectures and workshops on November 2 and 3 at the Fletcher Wings Hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

In addition to these exciting sessions, we are pleased to offer TCM professionals the opportunity to showcase their research and clinical findings through a call for posters. We invite submissions of innovative TCM research, new effective approaches in clinical practice, and outstanding scientific studies—whether they focus on basic or integrated clinical TCM research.

Submission Details:

  • Eligibility: Open to all TCM practitioners and researchers from various TCM disciplines.

  • Submission Deadline: Monday, September 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

  • How to Submit: Please send your abstract as both a Word file and a PDF file to academics@dtcmc.nl. Ensure that you include your correspondence name and email address.

Submission Confirmation: After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email.

Review Process: Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee, which will select those accepted for poster presentation.

Important Note: If your abstract is accepted, the presenting author is required to register for the congress. Presenting a poster will provide you with the chance to engage with other attendees, share your research, and initiate discussions that could lead to future collaborations. It’s an excellent opportunity to delve into specific aspects of your work.

We look forward to receiving your submissions and seeing your contributions to the advancement of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the congress!

Showcase Your Best Theses at Dutch TCM Congress 2024

As part of the 7th Dutch TCM Congress, themed “Nan Jing: Overcoming the 81 Difficulties,” we are excited to provide a special opportunity for presenting exceptional theses from TCM educational institutions.

We invite TCM schools and institutions to encourage their standout thesis students or recent graduates to participate in our “Call for Best Theses.” This initiative aims to recognize and showcase important research contributions, offering each accepted thesis a DTCMC certificate and a spot in our digital journal.

This platform provides graduates with a valuable chance to share their research, connect with fellow professionals,

and explore new collaborations within the TCM community. Our goal is to support and advance research efforts in a collaborative environment, without a competitive focus.

We look forward to highlighting the outstanding research of your students and graduates at the congress!
